1. We are not an "in-network" provider with any health
or dental plans. However, we
will fill out the paperwork for our patients so that they can submit the claims
themselves.
2. Payments are expected at the time that services are rendered and may be made
through cash, check, Visa or Master cards.
3. Financing (12 months at no interest) is available through "Citi Health Card." Please
